I support professionals in the following areas: overcoming blocks, improving confidence and focus, burnout, and resilience.
I offer 1:1 online personal development coaching packages (weekly or biweekly sessions, plus messaging support and worksheets). I also layer in asynchronous support, including text check-ins, assessments, and simple AI tools, so my clients can get help in between calls.
