About Mariclare
I’m Mariclare Lawson, an executive and leadership coach for creative, media, and brand professionals. Before coaching, I was a VP at Paramount and spent more than two decades producing creative, editorial, and brand work at companies including Disney, NBCUniversal, A+E Global Media, BBC America, and SundanceTV.
I know what it’s like to be the person who makes everything work behind the scenes while wondering when your leadership will be truly seen. I also know what it takes to move from being valued for your output to being trusted as a strategic leader in the room.
My coaching blends real-world creative leadership experience with ICF-aligned coaching training.
