What to Expect on a Clarity Call
A Leadership Clarity Call is typically 20–30 minutes and held via Google Meet. It’s designed to be useful even if we don’t end up working together.
On the call, we’ll:
Explore where you are in your leadership or career journey right now
Identify the challenge or opportunity that feels most important
Clarify what a meaningful outcome would look like for you in the next 3–6 months
Discuss which coaching offer (if any) might be the best fit
Answer any questions you have about coaching, process, or investment
There’s no pressure to decide on the spot. If coaching together makes sense, I’ll outline next steps and you can take time to consider.
