The intensive offer:

The Next-Level Leadership Intensive

A focused coaching intensive for the professional moment that cannot wait.

You may be preparing for a promotion conversation, stepping into a new leadership role, navigating a difficult team dynamic, presenting to senior executives, interviewing for a career-defining opportunity, or deciding what comes next.

The Next-Level Leadership Intensive gives you a confidential, structured space to think strategically, prepare thoroughly, and move forward with greater clarity and authority. In one focused session, we identify what matters most, uncover the patterns or assumptions getting in your way, and build a practical plan for your next move.

You will leave with a clear point of view, an actionable plan, and language you can use in the room.

The Intensive Process

Before the Session: Clarify the Moment

After booking, you’ll complete a concise Leadership Snapshot. It asks questions such as:

  • What is happening now?

  • What is the upcoming conversation, decision, presentation, or transition?

  • What outcome would feel meaningful?

  • What feels difficult or uncertain?

  • Who is involved, and what dynamics matter?

  • What have you already tried?

  • What would you like to be able to say, do, or decide by the end of our work?

You can also send relevant materials in advance. For example, someone preparing for a promotion conversation might share their role description, recent accomplishments, and a draft list of desired responsibilities. Someone preparing for an executive presentation might send the meeting brief or slides.

During the Session: Get to the Real Issue

The intensive is not a generic “brainstorm.” It is a focused coaching conversation built around your immediate goal.

Depending on what you bring, we may:

  • Clarify the outcome you want and what is within your control

  • Identify the stakeholder landscape: who decides, who influences, who needs reassurance, and what each person needs to hear

  • Separate facts from assumptions, fears, inherited narratives, and unhelpful self-talk

  • Define the leadership stance you want to take: calm, direct, collaborative, decisive, curious, boundaried, or strategic

  • Choose one or two priorities rather than trying to solve everything at once

  • Develop a concise, credible message that connects your work to organizational value

  • Rehearse how to respond if the conversation becomes difficult, vague, dismissive, or emotionally charged

After the Session: Translate Clarity into Action

Within 48 business hours, you’ll receive a personalized written plan that may include:

  • Your desired outcome and key leadership intention

  • The top three actions to take in the next 30 days

  • A preparation checklist for the conversation, meeting, interview, or presentation

  • A stakeholder and influence map, when relevant

  • Key messages and suggested talking points

  • A “when this happens, I will…” plan for likely obstacles

  • Reflection questions to use after the event

  • The agreed focus for the follow-up check-in

You’ll then have one 20-minute virtual check-in within 14 days to review what happened, adjust your approach, and identify the next best move.

Possible Outcomes

By the end of the intensive, you can expect to have greater clarity about what you want, how you want to lead, and what you will do next. Depending on your focus, you may leave with:

  • A structured plan for a promotion or scope-expansion conversation

  • A more compelling story about your readiness for a senior role

  • A rehearsed opening and Q&A approach for an executive presentation

  • A practical script and boundaries for a difficult conversation

  • A more strategic way to evaluate an offer, role change, or career decision

  • A prioritized first-30-days plan for a new leadership role

The intensive does not guarantee a specific outcome (such as a promotion or job offer). It gives you clarity, preparation, and support so you can show up as the leader you want to be in the moments that matter.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is coaching. I will not tell you what to do or write your materials for you. Instead, I’ll ask powerful questions, offer perspective, help you think strategically, and support you in creating your own plan and language.

That’s okay. The pre-session questionnaire will help you get clear on the main challenge. Even if you start with “I just know this moment matters,” we’ll narrow it down together in the session.

The Intensive is designed for one high-stakes moment over about two weeks. The Creative Executive Pivot and Creative Leadership Ascension are deeper, longer engagements for sustained career or leadership transformation.

Yes. Many clients start with the Intensive and then continue into a 12-week or six-month program if we identify a larger goal. The intensive fee can be applied toward those programs if you enroll within seven days.

You do not have to navigate the next important conversation alone.

If you’re a creative or media leader facing a high-stakes professional moment and want focused, expert support, I’d be glad to work with you.

A Note On Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, confidential process designed to support reflection, clarity, skill development, and intentional action. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, recruiting, placement, or a guarantee of promotion, employment, compensation, or any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including each client’s participation, choices, circumstances, and organizational context.
