CREATIVE COACHING
How It Works
I am an ICF certified professional career coach and life coach. I received my training from the Academy of Creative Coaching. I offer limited individual coaching engagements and group coaching.
Step 1
Book your free 15-minute exploratory call. We will discuss what brought you to coaching, what you hope the future will look like, and how to get you there. We will also go over the process of coaching and discuss fees.
Step 2
If we match, we will move forward with your kickoff session. During your kickoff session, we will clarify your coaching goals and discuss your potential. We will learn more about what’s been holding you back and develop a strategy for getting you where you need to be.
Step 3
If you decide to move forward after your kickoff session, we’ll start your 6-month coaching program! Sessions are bi-weekly (12 sessions) over video chat or phone call, your preference. All sessions are 50 minutes.
I also offer support via email and text during your 6-month program. Plus, you get two additional 50-minute sessions to schedule during your program.
Step 4
After six months, you can choose to continue with coaching for another six months or design a custom program month by month. Whatever you decide, I will support you as you reach your goals.
